Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received July 4, 11.10 p.m.) HAVRJE, July 4. Von Falkenhausen has arrested Count Doultremont, a former Grand Marshal of King Leopold, and twenty other high Belgian officials, including the Minister for the Colonies. The action is supposed to be a reprisal for. the alleged bad treatment of German officials by the Belgians.
