ATHENS, June 30. After M. Venezelos had informed the King of his intention to recall the 1915 Chamber, he said: "1 presume you understand, Sir, that one of the first duties of the Constituent Assembly. will be to revise tiie powers ct the Throne?" The King leplied:, "I quit©- understand." • j,
M. Venezelos continued: "It will render it impossible for the sovereign to dissolve tiie Chamber or dismiss the Ministry except hy signing the vote for a dissolution already given by the Chamber itself." E.
The King answered: "Very well.''
