GERMAN MINE-LAYING.

POSSIBLE CORRUPTION OF NEUTRAL CAPTAINS.

(United Service.) (Received June 29, 8.15 p.m.) LONDON, June 23. Another possibility is the corruption of neutral captains, leading them to drop a few mines outside British ports.
