POSSIBLE CORRUPTION OF NEUTRAL CAPTAINS.

(United Service.) (Received June 29, 8.15 p.m.) LONDON, June 23. The Evening News says that although the Germans are extensively using submarines for mine-laying, the Mongolia's mine was more likely laid by a raider, which Germany probably supplies through an organisation in neutral country. Another possibility is the corruption of neutral captains, leading them to drop a few mines outside British ports.
