"THE PHANTOM CROOK."

Last night "The Phantom Crook" drew a splendid attendance to His Majesty's Theatre. The production is remarkably tine, and the claim that it is the best detective drama yet rests on a basi-i of solid fact. The story of tht? astiute, slippery criminal known to notoriety as "The Phantom" is ono of the subtlest given to the screen, and rivets attention. Iho manner in which this swell cracksman baffles everyone is astonishing. Frank Keenan appears to excellent advantage as the gentlemanly scoundrel. The artist is eminently suited to the character. Enid Markey and a capital cast lend a strong support. Tne .supports include a splendid Keystone farce and a"Mr Jack" comedy. Tho .series will be repeated to-night (rhursday).
