Hutchison, who- is appearing for Semplc, Cooke, Fraser, Brindle, and Thorn in the- sedition appeals, advises Mr McConibs, M.P., that he intends to ri\isc the question as to the competency ,of Parliajnenfc to pass the Conscription Act, The appeals will probably be taken together on a special date prior to the ordinary criminal sessions.
