Pending Australia's decision, it is impossible to fix'-the date of the War Onnfei-ence. There is ptill some doubt as ifo whether Esouth Africa will be able to send a delegate. It is understood that the other self-governing countries have responded favorably. It is believed that the conference will meet even if Australia, and South Africa, are not represenifcd.
