COPENHAGEN, April 23. The Kieeler Zoitung says that owing to the prohibitive dog tax it is only possible for the wealthiest to keep •dogs. This has resulted in the deaths of thousands of dogs, the carcases being converted into pleischmehl, which is used under different disguises for human consumption. '
