TRAITOR CAUGHT IN A TRAP.
ATTEMPT TO PROCURE
INFORMATION,
(Received Aptu 12. 9.3-j a.m.) LONDON, April 11. A sensational rase under the Defence of the Realm Act wan heard at Sheffield. Albert Bright was charged with attempting to secure information from the Vickers works of recent ingredients in armor plate, shells, and guns. It is alleged that Bright offered Broods, a workman, £100' for information. Brooks pretended to accept the bribe and disclosed Hhe offer no Vickers, who arranged a trap. Detectives arrested Bright with tlie written information in his possession. 'Die case was heard in camera, after the opening statement.
