The following is ;i stirring'account of the rescue of the Tara's castawayw on the African const:—A company of Camel Corps lent invaluable assistanco. the blistering mjirches in the burning sun and scorching sandstorms ending m the crtpture of the water supply of tho .Senujssi's main: camp, materially contributing to the evacuation therV;oi'. aided by the .Duke of Westminster's motor dash in pursuit. The account states that the Tara's survivors suffered' untold hardships in their weary months of captivity hidden in tho Libyan desert. An Arab guide volunteered to direct the motorcars. He took them over illimitable stretchers of bare sand, with no distinguishing mark for countless miles'.for any brt 3 desert dweller. They reached the so-caiied hidden spring. .'Hie party slew the guards and discovered .the castaways,' who were lining skeletons. Their joy at seeing English faces beggarett description. . They were tenderly taken aboard the cars back to fvafety.
