SYDNEY, April .5. There was a scene in the Assembly -when the Hon. J. Estell moved the acceptance of the Legislative Council's amendment, to the Trades Union Kill providing that the money and property of H'union shall not be applied for the furtherance of political objects by the publication of a newspaper other than a non-political trade gotiihal. • Several .Labor Members objected on "the grqund that they had not been consulted.
Mr Hohnan oxplained that a Caucus ineeting nt which" there was a small 'attendance approved of Mr Estell's lr members were not present it was tlieir own fault.
