LONDON, March 13. The Daily Mail's Odessa correspondent states that the Bulgarians attacked a Roumanian vessel north-east of Tfaistchuk. An Austrian gunboat tired machine-guns at the Roumanian troops, who replied. There were numerous casualties on "both sides.

The Exchange Telegraph says that Russia has signed an agreement allowing the passage of war materials to Ron mania, eventually supplying her with these. Russia has also agreed to give Ron mania part of Bessarabia.
