A delayed report, from Odessa states that fourteen Bulgar officers and forty-seven privates were shot for refusing to,fight against " the Slavs. Many high political personages in Bulgaria have been arrested for Imitating against the German alliance^ the lurkish troops in Bulgaria arc about to be withdrawn to Turkey owing to the unfriendly attitude of "the Bttlgar populace. \
