(Received Dec. 3. 2.30 p.m.) LONDON. Dec. 2. The Board of. Trade estimates that ''German warships in November sank r2O steamers of 48,000 tons. There Were 315 lives loso on the Ramazan, -andl 167 on'the Marquette. Elevea steamers aggregating 5300 tons were sunk by mines. . Lord Kitchener attended meetings -of the War.Council and Cabinet.
The Press' Bureau states that a prisoner' w.as.,c<mrfc-martialled, found 'guilty of espionage, and shot this •morning.
