INTENSE ARTILLERY ACTIVITY.
BREACH MADE IN ENEMY'S DEFENCES, (Received Dec. 2, 11.15 p.m.) PARIS, Dec. 2. A communique states: There has been intense artillery .activity at various points. The Anglo-French artillery east of Boesinghe inflicted! important damage on the enemy's defences, including a breach of .thirty metres in a redoubt. [Boesinghe is a town a few miles north-wesf of Ypres.]
