SOLDIERS MAKE IMPROMPTU

Nov. 30. 9 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 30. At the anti-conscription meeting in the Memorial Hall Mr Pethick Lawrence presided. A large force of . Australian, New Zealand, and Canadian soldiers and medical students formed -the bulk of the audience.
The appearance of Mr Ramsay Mac Donald, Mr Morel, and Mr Trevelyan on the platform was the signal for a concerted rush. The soldiers captured tho platform, tore down the flags smashed tho chairs, and displayed'- a placard: "Anzacs want victory." They ejected anti«onscriptionist sympathisers. An Australian took the chair, and the soldiers made impromptu speeches. A resolution was carried in favor of injection or all neace terms except ■those the Allies' dictated.
