TESTING AND EXAMINING
TRANSFERRED RESPONSIBILITY
(Received Nov. 29, 3.55 p m ) LONDON, Nov. 28. Ihe Government has transferred iTom the Army Council to the Ministry of Munitions the responsibility ol testing arms and examining munitions and inventions. The Munitions Board now controls the research department at Woolwich, the experiment-department at Shoeburyness, and the War Office inventions branch.
Major-General Duncane has been transferred to the Munitions Department to control this work.
