The Opposition groups 'have issued a collective Note condemning the Cabinet for not convoking Parliament in order to assure the co-operation of all parties in the national interests.

The -semiofficial journal Narodna, Prava. explains that it was unnecessary to summon Parliament. The Government could not abandon neutrality until the rights violated by the Bucharest Treaty 'had been irestored.
