A cablegram just received from the London chairman of the Mount Morgan Company says-that Mortons are contractors for the War, *\dmiralty, and India Ofnces and also for the British, French, and Rmssian Governments. They are constantly supplying them with large quantities of copper. Mr Casey pointed out " that Mr Hughes in November sanctioned the sale-of 1000 tons per. month of Morgan Conner to Mertons.
