(Received Jan.' 26, 8:45 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, Jan. 25. The German official version of the ■naval battle states that the British broke off the engagement seventy miles from Heligoland. In retreating they, lost a battle-cruiser. ' < The account admits that the Blucher was sunk.
