Tho "star" picture to bo shown to-mor- ' row (Thursday) night is one which will j appeal to all, and has had a big attendance run in Wellington. It is the famous drama "Maria Marteu," . by the Motograph Film Corporation, and is backed by s, comple/te programme of other pictures. FULLERS' PICTURES. There should be another big crowd j at His Majesty'.s to-night (Wedhes- j day) when Fullers are screening a, ; new programme featuring two big "stars," the first being W. W. Jacobs'" humorous story, "The Third String," | in which the laughable adventures ol Ginger Dick and Bill Lumm > the "Wapping Basher," are admirably told. "Down the Crater of Vesuvius" is said to be one of the most wonderful and interesting scientific films ever accomplished. Most people will remember reading in the cables some time back of an operator being lowered several thousand feet down the famous crater; this film is the wondei*ful result. The educational value of tho Vesuvius film is so apparent that the management of the theatre is inviting all the school children to a. special screening to-morrow afternoon at 4 o'clock.
