An official wireless message states that Germany does not intend permanently to occupy the South African Union, but desires hostilities to cease if the Union evacuaites German territory and abstains, from further hosThe message adds that the South Africans may establish a neutral State, of which Germany will recognise the political independence and territorial integrity.
