ASYLUM
(Received Nov. 15, 5.5 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Nov. 14. Copenhagen reports that the Duke of Cumberland was found wandering in a demented condition as a result ,of the war, and has been placed In an asylum.
[The Duke of Cumberland is the father of the Kaiser's son-in-law, Prince Ernst, Dnke of Brunswick. A question was asked if the House of Commons whether the names of the Duke of Cumberland and the Duke of Albany (another alien duke) should not be removed from the peerage,] •
