(Received' Nov. 16. 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 15. Lord Robert's had .been remarkably active since the bediming of the war. He had-dea.lt with vast correspondence with friends in the army, to whom he gave advice and sympathy. He was apparently in robust health, and. the suddeness of his death caused! a great shock. Many references were made to the death in the churches., He was making a brief visit to the Indian troops, of whom he was Colo-nel-in-Chief. He contracted a chill on Thursday, and succumbed to pneumonia.
