Bates telegraphs as follow&:—The indications are for variable and strong breezes.Jbut moderate to strong westerly winds prevailing, and veering by south to east; there is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, hut weather cloudy to overcast occasionally; barometer rising; tides and sea- moderate.
