NAVY SCANDAL SEQUEL.
TOKIO, July 3. A Vice-Admiral in the reserve and a member of the House of: Peers, Baron Yamanouohi, is reported to be in a serious state as the result of an attempt to commit suicide. Tho baron's .. desperate act is thought-to be due to the disclosures- made during an investigation into the affairs of a naval steei foundry with which he is identified.
