Fenner, the defaulting stockbroker whose name was mentioned so Srominently in the Marconi scanals, was charged with the mis--appropinaftion of £37,059, of^ which Lord Murray was trustee. Level Murray gave evidence that Fenner made a clean breast of the matter. He had not attempted to conceal his misappropriation. He gave witness two liens over his assets and lert mm ' free to take whatever action he liked. ENTOMBED MINERS.
