The suit is based on the that while Frrfia Cosima's -five children were all lorn during the 'fir^t marriage', whicli finally was dissolved ] in 1870, Frati Cosim<a lived with Wagner as hfe wife as esirly as 1864. Isolde wias lyorn in 1865. She and the two . yoimgest children^—Siegfried and Eva, ivife of Hokfeton Stewart Chamberlain—Avero 'recognised 'Until 1912 as Wagner's legitimabised childi'^n
