LONDON, April 16. Sir Edward Grey, in reply to Dr. Chappie, M.P. for Stirlingshire, said that he hoped the New Hebrides Conference with France would meet shortly. The Australian and NewZealand Governments were not included, but they could rest assured that they would be informed before any new arrangements were entered into.
