OKARAMIO STOCK SALE.
Dalgety ,aud C 0.,. Ltd., report holditig their monthly stock sale at Okaramio on Tuesday. The sale dragged throughout, and prices showed a de«lino on lucent"sales. They quote:— Four, 6, and'S-tooth ewes, 14s 9d to ■ 15s 9d; sound aioutli ewes, 9s 3d to 9s 7d;'f.m. e-.res, 7s; two-tooth wethers, lus; 4 and 6-tooth wethers (forward). 15s ,3d; eight heifers, £6; three cows, £5 Is; one oow, £4 3s: one bull, £2 15s. • Messrs Murray and Co. report: At the Okarainio sale we had a small «n- ---' try of sheep ,aud-cattle. There was a fair attendant of the public, but fewbuyers. The bidding throughout was very slow, and a poor sale resulted. DRAPERY SALE. At the dxapory sale held inv our rooms, we had a large attendance of -purchasers on both days, and effected a good clearance of the drapery and •clothing at satisfactory prices
