OFFICERS OF ENGLISH REGIMENTS RESIGN.
LONDON, March. 21. A telegram <£xom the Curragh camp says that tine War Office, in an ultimatum, intimated that officers who were not to serve against Ulster must resign or be dismissed. One hundred officers, chieliy of the cavalry, *eejgned at Dublin. Tho officers of ihe -Fifth Xiancess resigned as a jorotest -against tlie regiment being ordered north.
