Cafflanx's evidence ■ confirmed that of M. Monis. ' M. Fabvk denied M. ; Caillaux's allegation -that although-the evidence was inadequate M. 'Briand ordered 3sochette'« surest. M. de Lisle, president of the Criminal Court of Appeal, testified that he was unaware of political pressure- He agreed to the postponement an "the interests of good justice.
