CONDITIONS

1. Any race may be.run off in heafc at the discretion^ of the. committee. When an event is contested in moire than two preliminary heats, the firs* and second hi each heat shall run in the final. If only two; heats, the first, second, and third in each shall run in the final.

2. The Committee reserve the right to have. any competitor re-handi-capped after publication of handicaps. ■ - •

3. The Committee reserve the right to withdraw any event or reduce the prizes if not sufficient entries.
