SCHOLARSHIPS TO BE
FOUNDED
NEW YORK, Jan. 5. In Baltimore, on Tuesday next, Cardinal Gibbons will receive from the Knights of Columbus a cheque for £500,000 as a contribution , towards the Roman Catholic University in Washington. The money will be used for founding 50 scholarships for men studying for the priesthood.
