Skeletons of two men, with a revolver and rifle alongside,- and each skull pierced by a bullet hole, were ■found in the Goscoyne district. Apparently they had been dead! for a year. It is supposed that they were prospectors, who, being bushed, ended [a fruitless struggle by placing their ! weapons in their mouths and discharging them. *T BOATING FATALITY. v . LAUNCESTON, Oct. 4. Three boys named Lee, Betts,' and Fawkner were boating in the-river. On being carried' seaward they , attempted to swim ashore, but were drowned. .
