Competition was fairly animated; The selection of wool comprised nearly all ■crossbreds. As compared with closing rates of last series, merinos generally were unchanged, also coarse ©rossbreds, medium crossbreds being if anything in-buyers' favor. Medium crossbred scoured wools were rather easier. . . :,'
