' CONSTANTINOPLE, July 3. . The Porte, through Russia, has called the-attention of-Bulgaria to the /fact that Rodosto and other points on the Turkish side of the Enos-Media frontier are still occupied by the Bulgarians, and requests a speedy withdrawal.
