THE FERRY AWARD
PREFERENCE TO UNIONISTS
(Received April 15, 9.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, April 15. The award as the outcome of the recent ferry strike lias been issued. Besides conceding the shorter hours and improved rates contended for, it gives preference to unionists. No boys under 18 are to be employed as deckhands.
