Nominations for all events will' close SATURDAY, Bth February,. 1913, at 9 p.m., at the SecretaryV office, Queen Street, Blenheim. Handicaps will appear on or before TUESDAY, 11th February. Acceptances for all events will close on? SATURDAY, loth February, 1913, at the Secretary's office, Queen Street r Blenheim. 2. All races to be run under the Rules of the New Zealand Trotting Association. 3. All Nomination and Acceptance fees must be paid at the time ot making such entry or acceptance. _4. Owners must give with nomination the last three performances, and also the best winning time the horse has made. 5. All Trots open to saddle or harness, but nominators must state at time of entry whether they intend competing in saddle or harness, and no alteration will be allowed without the consent of the stewards. 6. By entering or endeavoring tON enter a horse, every person having or subsequently acquiring any interest in such horse, shall be deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by the Rules of Trotting, and to be barred from questioning the action or conduct of the club. or other body holding a sports meeting, or any official of the club, or such other body in respect of such horse, or of any person connected therewith otherwise than is provided for in Part XXX., Rules of Trotiing. 7. The winner of any race after the declaration of the handicaps will be re-handicapped if the stewards think fit. 8. Nominations must be made out in the order set out in the nomination and acceptance forms supplied by the club.. 9.
