WELLINGTON, Dec. 3. 4t the Civil Service ; sports yesterday T. E. Holmes, of the local police force, while engaged with A McHugh in a wrestling bout, fell and broke his left arm just above the elbow.' Holmes was a competitor at the 1908 Olympic Games.
