MR BONAR LAW REFUSES TO ACT.
(Received Nov. 25, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 24. Mr Bonar Law refused; to serve on the Samuel Committee.
The Opposition urged that the Courts were the proper tribunals. Lord Bal'carres contended that the law required revision. It was possible for a Member of the House of Commons to supply the Government while hplding the bulk of shares in a company, though a small partnership interest debarred a man froni contracting.
