BRITISH FORCE TO BE LANDED.
(Received Nov. 7, 9.30 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Nov. 6. Admiral Milne, commanding the Mediterranean station, in the cruiser Good Hope, is proceeding under full steam to Constantinople, where he will arrange to land a large force or bluejackets.
