(Received Nov. 6, 9.45 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 6. In the Home Rule debate in. the House of Commons, clause 10, in reference fco money Bills, was closured and 24 amendments were guillotined.
Clause 11, providing for joint sittings in the event of disagreement, •was carried, after an amendment had been accepted to confine its operation to public Bills. Questioned on clause 40, defining the duties which the Imperial Parliament may transfer to the Irish Parliament, Mr Amery elicited the fact that the clause was wide enough to enable a sympathetic Government to transfer both the reserved and prohibited serTioes.
