Lady Criterion is possessed of some of the best imported trotting strains. WILD CRY is a beautiful dappled brown horse, 6 years, perfectly gaited trotter, standing 17 hands and proportionately conformed. He M capable of a very high turn of speed, but owing to'an accident he has never had a preparation. He, however, has raced in the rough, and has acquitted himself well, running first, second, and third in three starts at Petone; also first at Reefton, beating a field of 19 starters, and at Hokitika beating a very large field, of 22 starters.
