A MILK MONOPOLY.
Milk has suddenly become so scarce in London that the price has been raised from 4d to 5d a, quart. Someof the newspapers declare that a milk trust exists.
THE IRISH PARLIAMENT,
The Home Rule Bill provides for a Parliament consisting of two Houses, both of which will be elective. Though largely reduced, Irish representation will be maintained at Westminster. The Irish Government will control police administration, in connection with which it is expected that a saving of £500,000 tannutJly will bo effected. An open .split Has occurred between the Liberals and Nationalists over the financial provisions of tho measure.
