CHARGE AGAINST THE LIBERALS.
(Received Sept. 18, 8.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, Sept. 17. Mr Rogers, Minister for Public Works at Manitoba, publicly charged the Federal Liberals with falsifying the voters' lists and also with arranging for the importation of ruffians from the United Statesi on election day to intimidate voters.
