THE DEMONSTRATION IN THE COMMONS.
(Received Aug. 12, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 11. The chief demonstration over the passage of the Parliament Bill was in tlhe House of Commons, which was discussing Mr Lloyd George's motion for the payment of Members.. Exultant cheers were given from in© Government benches. The demonstration continued until the payment motion passed.
