SENIOR CUP
Central 37, Moutere 0 Opawa 6, Waitohi 3. Awatere a bye.
JUNIOR CUP. Central 19, Waitohi 3. Moutere 6, Opawa B 3. Awatere won from Opawa A. by default.
The Rugby Union's Cup fixtures commenced on Saturday, Central seniors defeating Moutere by a large margin on No. 1 Show; Ground, while the Central juniors beat Waitohion No. 2 ground. The Opaw'a seniors visited Picton, and defeated Waitohi by. a margin of three points. The Opawa seniors, being several men short, broke up the Opawa B. junior team, at Spring Creek, and this team went under to the Moutere juniors. Opawa A. forfeited to Awatere.
