(Recei-^ed April 27, 9.10 a.m.) SYDNEY, April 27. Although the counting is incomplete it appears certain that both the Referenda votes will be negatived t>y ,a big majority. West Australia is the -only State where the affirmative is pleading. The returns show by the figures the ■aggregate "yes1"1 majorities on the 'first question to be 168,913, and on -the second 152,561.
