IMPRISONED FOR KISSING
The Berlin courts have taken a novel view of a husband's grievance. He sued another man for insulting him, the insults being kisses and tenderness that the defendant had given to the prosecutor's wife, whom lie had mot secretly. ' The Court held that the conduct of the defendant in kissing the prosecutor's wife had deeply injured the prosecutor's honor, and they sent the lover to prison for a month.
