THE EXPERTS PUZZLED
(Received March 21, 0.5 a.m.) MELBOURNE, March 20. The experts are completely puzzled with the destroyers' defects. Alterations were made in the steering gear, but without effect. The engineers carefully examined each part to try to discover the cause and effect. It is stated that similar difficulties occurred in the same class of boats in England.
